There are several ways you can participate in clinical trials at Clinilabs:

1. Questionnaire Assessment
If you would like to enroll as a volunteer in one of Clinilabs' studies, you may complete our online questionnaire by visiting clinilabs.com/questionnaire.

2. Confidential Telephone Interview
Contact us at 212.994.4567 between 9 AM and 5 PM Eastern Standard Time.

3. Walk-In
Visit Clinilabs at 423 W. 55th Street, 4th, Manhattan (Between 9th and 10th Avenues) between the hours of 9 AM and 4 PM Eastern Standard Time.
