Clinical InSite™ Bookmark and Share

Clinical InSite™ is a document management solution that enables study personnel to have real-time access to study documents. This application provides clients with a central location for storing, tracking, and reviewing study documents in a compliant and validated electronic environment. Licensed users are given permission-based accounts, allowing for secure and controlled document access and storage, audit trails, electronic signatures, polling, and queries. Clinical InSite offers features of larger document management systems (such as Documentum) at a fraction of the cost.

New to the market this year, Clinical InSite™ provides a “fax or scan” feature that enables investigators to upload patient source data to the system. Source files are automatically directed to the correct site, patient, and visit folder, enabling monitors to use the system to review and track source documents for data verification. Monitors do not have to visit investigator sites in order to gain access to source documents for review, query, and query resolution. Such remote access gives us the ability to provide low-cost solutions for study monitoring. Reporting functions permit users to create customizable reports of all Clinical InSite™ activities, allowing for simple and seamless document management.
